Bay Area Lyme Foundation – Committed to making Lyme disease easy to diagnose and simple to cure. Their goal is to provide individuals with FREE, timely information as to whether a tick they have encountered is an infected or uninfected tick.
Free Medical Flights
Footprints in the Sky – A Denver-based 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation dedicated to providing FREE FLIGHTS for patients to medical facilities throughout the United States using mainly donated charter and corporate jets. Their aim is to provide patients with a safe, time-sensitive, and sympathetic service that will bring some measure of comfort and relief at a difficult and stressful time.
Lyme Disease
Providing grants to enable eligible children and young adults with Lyme disease to receive proper treatment and medication as well as raising awareness about Lyme disease. Grants are awarded in incremental amounts. The lifetime maximum amount of a grant is $10,000 per individual.
The Lyme Test Access Program (Lyme-TAP) is a nationwide patient assistance program to provide assistance for initial Lyme-related lab tests to patients who demonstrate true financial need. If approved, you may be reimbursed for up to 75% of your out-of-pocket costs of testing from a qualified CLIA/Medicare approved laboratory of your choice.

The Helping Hand Program provides families with financial assistance in getting necessary medical treatments, lab testing, physician-recommended supplements and therapies for their child with autism.
These grants are designed to provide access to individuals and families affected by Autism Spectrum Disorders. Grant payments will be made directly to pre-approved treatment providers, assessors, or materials vendors.
United Healthcare Children’s Foundation
Providing financial help/assistance for families with children that have medical needs not covered or not fully covered by their commercial health insurance plan. The Foundation aims to fill the gap between what medical services/items a child needs and what their commercial health benefit plan will pay for.
The TACA Family Scholarship Fund was developed to help families who are pursuing treatment for their children with autism, but are struggling to find the funding.
Rescue Family Grants provide autism treatment to families in financial need. The grant provides financial support, products and services for auditory listening therapy, dietary intervention training, dietary supplements, two doctor visits, and lab testing.

Recognizing the importance of exposing children with autism to various forms of therapy (traditional and non-traditional) as well as the high demand for therapy tools. Due to financial constraints, they ensure that all families have these resources available to them.
